Another milestone....
Tomorrow we are going to sign the contract with the landlord for a apt we found from last weekend's search.
So, we are going to have our first home together... erhh a bit strange n yet real. And it is very very troublesome with the local law protecting more of the LL than the tenant n have to arrange for "block account" for the deposit etc

Wow... looks very cosy, I like the balcony, it is big enough to have a small round table, then can have leisurey breakfast :-)
place looks good... like the bartop counter, wet/dry kitchen concept. and the amount of heaters in your bathroom and hall... haha! very good for cold winters!
