Gradually into hibernation....

Just realised that its a long time since I posted anything. As winter approaches, I am just sliding into hibenation mode! A quick note of what had happened over the last month

- Had our house warming party which ended with a fight of 2 silly dutch and 7 people crashing over at our place
- Went to London as a part time baby sitter for a weekend alone while my parents in law visited Antwerp and realised that I really dont like cleaning my house
- Had Sebastiaan and Wil (Dutch who used to stay in Sg) visiting us on a weekend and we had a great party at Marcin's (Polish) housewarming

- I cycled (for the first time in 4 months after getting my bike) to my little neighbourhood centre to shop for presents for sinterklass because the silly husband was out on Biz trip to Moroco and parked the car at the office!
- Went to SinterKlass party at Rick & Valerie's Apt in Rotterdam. They used to be with us in Shanghai in the last 2 years. Sinterklass is Dutch version of Santa Claus and he is suppose to Sint Nicholas who lived in castle in Spain and every Dec, he will arrive with some black helpers (call black Piets) on a boat to Holland and he will give presents to good kids who places thier shoes next to the chimney.... hahaha not such a creative story ya

- My favourite british friend returned from US expatriation to holland and so again I went to Rotterdam to have dinner with him and others. N my poor other half was battling ZZZ monster when we were driving back.

Ok, so that seems a lot now that I am writing it. I am in my constant fight against winter. Winter makes me lazy and moody and not want to go out but I keep looking for things to do cos if I am bored I will slide into depression again

With Xmas coming, many Singaporeans n malaysian family are going home. I am just going to stay here n look forward to bro, grace n ET visiting after xmas
